Upon arriving, the front desk staff informed me that my reservation was missing, which was disheartening after a long drive. After much confusion, I found out that the room I was supposed to stay in was already taken by someone else, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsettled. To make matters worse, the room I was finally given had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain properly.

We stayed for 6 nights in a Deluxe King Room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere early in the evening, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Breakfast options were limited, so be ready to explore local eateries for more variety.

Friendly staff made our stay great. We visited the SkyWheel for awesome views and enjoyed some fun at Pavilion Park. Also, plenty of dining options around! Just a heads-up about the breakfast, it was pretty much the same every day.

Unfortunately, the key cards kept deactivating, which was super frustrating. It was a hassle having to reactivate them multiple times.
